Ti Quan Yin – High Mountain

Description

Ti Quan Yin tea is the most famous of all Chinese Oolong teas. It is processed in the old style, the tea is partially-oxidized.

Origin

Anxi, Fujian Province

Appearance

Tightly rolled large dark jade green leaves. The infusion is pale saffron colour.

Taste

This tea has a smooth, sweet, fruity taste. Complex aftertaste, with a smooth finish & long lasting aroma.
