Description
2013 High Mountain aged White tea Gong Mei (Tribute Eyebrow) Tea Cake (350g)
There is an axiom about aged white tea in China: “one-year tea, three-year medicine, seven-year treasure”. It means one-year old aged white tea remains a tea, the three-year old aged white tea has great medicinal value, and the seven-year old aged tea is a treasure sought after by tea aficionados.
The term aged white tea refers to white teas which have been stored for a long period of time. They are abundant in phytochemicals and valuable for both drinking and collecting. The longer white teas are stored, the richer and mellower they will be.
