Ti Quan Yin tea is the most famous of all Chinese Oolong teas. It is processed in the old style, the tea is partially-oxidized.

Origin

Anxi, Fujian Province

Appearance

Tightly rolled large dark jade green leaves. The infusion is amber in colour.

Taste

This tea has a sweet honey note with a hint of floral taste. Refreshing, mild but lasting floral aftertaste. Good for multiple infusions.
