The name Long Jing means "Dragon Well", it is considered the epitome of pan-fried tea, and is exclusive to the coastal region of China's Zhejiang Province in the mountain area of Hangzhou, southwest of the West Lake (Xi Hu). China's most famous tea has more than a thousand years of recorded history and was mentioned in Lu Yu's Cha Ching (Tea Encyclopedia) during the Tang Dynasty.

Flat bud and narrow tea leaves, one bud with one-to-two leaves variety. The infusion is yellowish jade-green.
Light and refreshing, with a soothing aroma and a hint of chestnut fragrance and a refreshing meadow-like flavour, light fruity-sweet after.
