Like wine, Pu-erh’s quality and taste
improve with age. It is oxidized slowly, bringing out a deeper,
more varied flavour from the tea. Pu-Erh is the only tea that
improves in flavour and value with age. Pu-erh tea is revered
for its medicinal qualities, aids digestion, lowers cholesterol
and controls obesity.
The tea is tightly pressed into brick form. The infusion is dense and reddish-dark brown.
Smooth,sweet and pleasant aftertaste.
